尊敬的各位领导，亲爱的老师、同学们：
大家早上好！今天我国旗下演讲的题目是《新起点，新梦想》。
紧张的期中考试刚刚过去，可能考试已经开始淡出我们的记忆，但要提醒大家，不能忘记考试后的总结和反思。因为通过反思，大家才可以发现平时学习上的不足与缺陷。学习正如吃饭，而考试失败就像是饭中的一粒石子，你不会因为饭中有一粒石子而饿着不吃饭，正如你不会因为一次失败而放弃学习。每一次考试，都会经受失败的痛苦或成功的洗礼。得到了磨练、反省和升华自我的机会，这正是我们最大的收获。
考试的正常发挥，很大程度上在于我们的心态。通过考试，可以找到在学习中存在的不足，离老师的要求还有哪些差距，学习方法是否得当等等，以便于在今后的学习中做出适当的调整。因此，我们一定要用正确的态度对待每一次考试，把握每次机会，充分发挥自己的才华与智慧。
但是，我们也要正确面对考试成绩，"不以物喜，不以己悲"，对于一次考试的成功，我们不能盲目乐观。无论是谁，都不可能完美无缺。每次的考试都会有不同的结果。良好的开端是成功的一半，那另一半得自己要善于总结，不停地拼搏，这才是我们必须采取的态度。失败是一支清醒剂，是不断成功的动力，即使有一百次的跌倒也要在第一百零一次爬起。我们要相信自己能够做好，相信成功就在前方。赢要赢得让人心服口服，输也要输得自己坦坦荡荡。
期中成绩是同学们半个学期以来努力的成果 ，但是，考试成绩只能代表过去。成绩不理想的同学，如果能发奋努力，一定会迎头赶上。一次考试成绩算不了什么，重要的是不断拼搏，争取更好的成绩。一次次的考试，一次次的检验，可以让我们看清自己的不足，改正自己的缺点，使我们今后更加努力，使自己的成绩得到提高，除此以外，我们还必须要有三盏指明方向的灯，那就是－－－态度、目标、勤奋！
态度决定一切。调整心态，以愉快的心情投入到紧张的学习环境中。并善于在学习过程中体验获取知识的快乐，体验克服困难的快乐，体验取得成功的快乐！
目标是前进的灯塔。没有目标就像大海中迷失方向的航船不能达到彼岸。最终的总体目标，是由一个个简单具体的目标逐步递进而实现的。因此，每一个阶段性目标的实现都关系到总体目标的实现。所以，请同学们一定要确定自己的努力方向和适当的近期目标。在不断的超越中，成长自我，成就自我。
勤奋是成功的阶梯。“书山有路勤为径” ，学真本领，就得刻苦勤奋的耕耘。不勤奋，理想永远都是梦想和幻想。勤奋并非只是简单的忙碌，更需要思考和反思。有的同学终日勤奋劳苦的学习，却没有明显的进步。我想原因也许是因为缺少思考和反思吧。所以，我们要从忙中偷闲，时刻反思自己的缺点，力求一份耕耘两份收获。
一次考试并不是句号，更不是人生的全部。成功道路上有风和日丽的日子，也有阴雨连绵的岁月。你不能改变容貌，却可以展现甜美的笑容，你不能改变世界，却可以改变自己。从暂时的喜悦中走出来，从暂时的沮丧中走出来，做到胜不骄，败不馁。
期中总结之后又是一个新的起点。春种一粒粟，秋收万颗粒。让我们携起手来，共同努力。我坚信，大家的青春因我们的不懈努力而绚烂，老师和家长会因我们的身心健康成长而感到欣慰和自豪，学校会因我们所取得的成绩而增添光彩！

good morning! Today, my topic is "New Starting Point, New Dream".
The intense midterm exam has just passed, and the exam may have begun to fade out of our memory, but remind everyone that you should not forget the summary and reflection after the exam. Because through reflection, everyone can discover the shortcomings and defects in normal learning. Learning is like eating, and exam failure is like a stone in a meal. You don't want to eat because there is a stone in the meal, just as you don't give up learning because of a failure. Every exam will be subject to the pain of failure or the baptism of success. I have the opportunity to hone, reflect and sublimate myself, which is our greatest achievement.
The normal functioning of the exam is largely due to our mentality. Through the examination, you can find the shortcomings in the study, what are the gaps from the teacher's requirements, whether the learning method is appropriate, etc., so as to make appropriate adjustments in future studies. Therefore, we must treat each exam with the right attitude, grasp every opportunity, and give full play to our talents and wisdom.
