以下是中文演讲内容：
大家上午好!今天我国旗下发言的题目是《践行社会主义核心价值观》。
  习近平总书记说，我们倡导的社会主义核心价值观，寄托着各族人民对美好生活的向往，体现了革命先烈的理想。只要是中国人，就应该自觉培育和践行社会主义核心价值观。
  那么核心价值观的内容是什么呢?概括来说就是 “富强、民主、文明、和谐，自由、平等、公正、法治，爱国、敬业、诚信、友善”。
  作为一名中学生，我们应该如何践行社会主义核心价值观呢?
  以我之心爱我祖国。爱国并不是一种唱高调的行为，相反，它正是由细微的小事组成的。所以同学们，当面对国旗时请驻足凝视，当国歌响起时请深情跟唱，祖国的每一度电都需要我们节约，祖国的每一寸土地每一株植物都值得我们珍惜，只要我们时刻心存爱国信念，这些举动就一定不再普通，爱国，就应该是这样落到实处。相反，不要在教室门窗大开时，还让空调铿锵运行;不要再让教室空无一人时，却灯火通明。
  以我之心敬我本业。勤奋学习，勤于思考，养成爱读书、读好书、善读书的良好习惯;提高发现问题，分析问题，解决问题的能力;发掘潜在的能量，不被坏习惯所掩盖，不被惰性所消磨;做好中学生的本职工作，对学习怀有敬意之心，学习各种知识与技能，为报效父母和国家打下坚实基础。
  以我之心育我诚信。我们每个人都应扪心自问，有没有让谎言在我们的生活中潜行?有没有抄袭过他人的作业?有没有在考场上弄虚作假?同学们，我们可以不伟大，但我们必须言而有信;我们可以不漂亮，但平凡的外表下必须有一颗诚实之心;诚信是一把尺，它虽不能决定我们生命的长度，却能标示我们生命的厚度。
  以我之心待人以善。在平时的讲话中，要注意使用礼貌用语，注意场合，态度友善，见到老师主动问好，说文明话，做文明人。每一个同学都要以友善的态度与同学、老师、家人相处，共同营造一个心情舒畅，处处温暖和谐的生活环境。
  爱国、敬业、诚信、友善的千千万万的你我，必将组成一个自由、平等、公正、法治的社会，必将建成一个富强、民主、文明、和谐的中国。我想借用一位学者的话：你所站立的地方，就是你的中国;你怎么样，中国便怎么样;你是什么，中国便是什么;你有光明，中国便不会黑暗。
  所以，同学们，就让我们从小事做起，从你我做起，大力践行社会主义核心价值观，肩负时代使命，发奋图强，为振兴中华而努力吧!

Dear teachers and students:
  Good morning, everyone. Today's topic of my speech under the national flag is "Practice Socialist Core Values"
  General secretary Xi Jinping said that the socialist core values advocated by us depend on the aspirations of the people of all nationalities for a better life and reflect the ideals of the revolutionary martyrs. As long as they are Chinese, they should consciously cultivate and practice socialist core values.
  So what is the content of the core values? Generally speaking, it is "prosperity, democracy, civilization, harmony, freedom, equality, justice, rule of law, patriotism, dedication, integrity, friendliness".
  As a middle school student, how should we practice the socialist core values?
I love my motherland with my love. Patriotism is not a high-profile behavior, on the contrary, it is made up of small things. So, students, when facing the national flag, please stop and stare, when the National Anthem rings, please sing with affection. Every electricity of the motherland needs us to save, every inch of the motherland's land and every plant is worth our treasure. As long as we always have patriotic faith, these actions will no longer be ordinary, patriotic, it should be implemented in this way. On the contrary, don't let the air conditioner clang when the doors and windows of the classroom are wide open; don't let the classroom be empty, but the lights are on.
  Respect my work with my heart. Study hard, think hard, form the good habit of loving reading, reading good books and being good at reading; improve the ability to find problems, analyze problems and solve problems; explore potential energy, not be covered by bad habits, not be consumed by inertia; do a good job of middle school students, have respect for learning, learn all kinds of knowledge and skills, and lay a solid foundation for serving parents and the country Foundation.
  Cultivate my integrity with my heart. Each of us should ask ourselves whether we have let lies sneak in our lives? Whether we have copied others' homework? Whether we have cheated in the examination room? In the ordinary speech, we should pay attention to the use of polite language, pay attention to the occasion, have a friendly attitude, see the teacher actively say hello, speak civilized words, and be civilized. Every student should get along with his classmates, teachers and family in a friendly manner to create a comfortable and harmonious living environment.

同学们：
  上周一政教处副主任黄华飞主任在升旗仪式上，作了纪念“一二。九”运动84周年主题讲话，用“风声雨声读书声声声入耳、家事国事天下事事事关心”作了结尾。
        关心国事的同学，应该知道12月份除了12。9运动，还有几件对中国历史产生重大影响事件。那就是1936年12月12日，西安事变；1937年12月13日，日本开始在南京进行惨绝人寰的南京大屠杀；1999年12月20日，中国收回澳门恢复了行驶产权。
        把这几件大事放在一起，大家不难发现，青年学子爱国军人抗争仍致力抵制日寇入侵，贫弱旧中国无力保护自己的百姓，抗日战争中国死之人数3500万以上。新中国成立后，尤其是改革开放，使我国的国力强盛，我们从葡萄牙手中收回了在清朝末年被侵占的澳门；在利比亚战争爷们战争发生后，祖国军舰第一时间赶到，帮助华人安全撤回祖国。这一切都是，也说明有国才有家。
        关心天下事,同学应该知道，在中亚在北非在南美、叙利亚、利比亚、巴勒斯坦、阿富汗、委内瑞拉、伊拉克，这些国家在经历战乱和动荡以后，人民生活艰难和困苦。我们应该庆幸我们虽然不是生活在一个和平时代，但我们生活在一个和平的国家。
        同学们，今天中国比利时上任何时候，都更接近现实中华民族伟大复兴中国梦。你们这一代人有历史赋予的使命和责任，希望你们将奋斗作为你们的青春底色，用努力实现自己人生价值，从而无愧于家庭无愧于国家无愧于这个伟大的时代。
