敬爱的老师，亲爱的同学们:

大家好!我是来自高二（34）班的田函舒云，我今天国旗下演讲的题目是《文明在行动，再创城市之光》。

文明，是对一个城市的最大肯定。它不同于经济：教育，它是一个城市最深处流动的血液。

绿化是城市的外衣，建筑是城市的骨架，环境是城市的容貌，市民是城市的灵魂。文明城市不仅是要看它的楼有多高，街道有多宽，种了多少树，栽了多少花，搞了多少景点，更要看城市中人的素质，而我们作为铜仁一中的一份子，则是要把文明体现在具体的行动中，为创建国家卫生城市做出积极的贡献。

现在，许多人的环保意识还很淡薄，垃圾随手乱丢的现象随处可见，马路和街道成了垃圾的“舞台”，仿佛垃圾是这舞台的主角，是这舞台的领导者。垃圾“孤儿”因为得宠而越发肆无忌惮了。

幸而近来，铜仁正在创建国家卫生城市。为响应“创卫”，我们应积极参加环境卫生清洁，在所处社区，街道等地组织清洁活动，在校园内也做力所能及之事，把垃圾送回他自己的家——垃圾桶。要营造浓厚的创卫气氛，提高创卫意识，自觉养成良好的卫生习惯。

“好的环境可以愉悦人，更重要的是改变人，塑造人，搞社会主义市场经济，特别要重视精神文明建设，坚持把物质文明和精神文明建设作为统一的奋斗目标。”要想“创卫”，改变城市面貌，不但要把建设搞好，还要把精神文明传播好，落在实处。人民是城市的主人，铜中是我们每一个铜中人的家园，城市文明离不开个人文明。作为城市与校园大家庭中的一员，我们有责任：有义务通过自己的文明行为，为我们的家园增添亮色。

同学们，我们每播下一个动作，将收获一个习惯。播下一个习惯，将收获一个品格。让我们从自己做起，从小事做起，从现在做起，让这个城市最深处的渊源——文明，不再寂寞，不再无人问津，让创建卫生城市，重新换发出青春与活力，再创城市之光。

以下为英文演讲稿：

Good morning, dear teachers and classmates. I'm yang from class 34. Senior 2. Today my topic under the national flag is“ Civilization in action,creating the city life again”

Civilization is the greatest affirmation of the city. It's different from economy and education.It's the blood that runs in the deepest part of a city.

Virescence is the overcoat of the city, buildings is the skeleton,environment is the appearance and citizen is the soul. A civilized city depends not only on how high the buildings are,or how wide streets are, but also on the quality of people in it. As a part of Tongren NO.1 high school,we should show our civility in specific actions and make a positive contribution to create a national sanitary city.

Until now,there are many people lack of environmental awareness. We can still see rubbish here and there. And it's only gonna get worse.

In recently tongren is creating a national sanitary city. In response to it we should take an active part of sanitary cleaning. We must create a strong atmosphere and raise our awareness to develop good hygiene habits consciously.

Good environment can please people, but it's more important to change people and shape them in building a socialist economy. We must pay special attention to the construction of spiritual civilization and insist on a construction of material and spiritual civilization as the un unified goal of struggle.

People are the masters of the city. And Tongren NO.1 High School is home to each of us.Urban civilization can't live without individual civility as one of them we have responsibility to brighten up our home through our own behaviors.

Dear classmates, whenever we plant an action, We'll harvest a habit, Whenever we planned a habit,we will harvest a character.So, let's start with ourselves. Let's start from the small,start from now on. Let's try our best to make this city deepest origin, no longer lonely and o longer neglect. Let's make this city rediscover the beauty of youth and vivacity.
