老师们同学们:
      早上好。今天我国旗下讲话的主题是《正确看待心理教育,提高自身幸福感》。
心理学是一门既古老又年轻的学科。从古希腊时期起,人类就开始了对自我的探索。简单地说,心理学是研究人的学问。

      我们生活在一个竞争激烈的社会,巨大的压力使得我们必然会遇到心理失衡的现象,此时该如何调节自己的心态呢?接下来,我想和大家一起分享10条来自哈佛导师的幸福小贴士:
      1.      遵从你内心的热情。尝试寻找对你有意义并且能让你快乐的事情,不要只是为了轻松而得过且过,或一味只遵从别人对你的期望。
      2.      多和朋友们在一起,不要总在座位上呆坐着。尝试理解父母。良好而亲密的人际关系,最有可能为你带来幸福。
      3.      学会失败。成功没有捷径,历史上有成就的人,总是敢于行动,也会经常失败。不要让对失败的恐惧,绊住你尝试新事物的脚步。
      4.      接受偶尔的低落。失望、烦乱、悲伤是生活的一部分。接纳这些,并把它们当成自然的事,然后问问自己,能做些什么来让自己感觉好过一点。
      5.      简化生活。更多并不总代表更好,好事多了,也不一定有利。你买了太多的练习册吗?参加了太多的辅导班吗?应求精,而不在多。
      6.      有规律地锻炼。对于体育运动,每周只要进行三次,每次只要三十分钟,就能大大改善你的身心健康。
      7.      睡眠。每天充足的睡眠是一笔很棒的投资。这样,在醒着的时候,你会更有效率、更有创造力,也会更开心。
      8.      慷慨。现在,你可能没有太多钱或时间。但这并不意味着你无法帮助别人。当你帮助别人时,你也在帮助自己。
      9.      勇敢。勇气并不是不恐惧,而是心怀恐惧,却依然向前。
      10.  表达感激。生活中,不要把你的家人、朋友、健康、教育等一切当成理所当然的事。它们都是你回味无穷的礼物。请始终保持感恩之心。

Dear teachers and students:

      Good morning, everyone! I’m ChenKeyi(陈柯颐) from Class Thirty-five, Grade Two. The topic of my speech today is "putting psychological education in perspective and improving one's own happiness".
      Psychology is an old and young subject.Since the ancient Greek period, human beings began to explore themselves. To put it simply, psychology is the study of human beings.
      We live in a competitive society, the great pressure will meet the phenomenon of psychological imbalance. At this time, how to adjust our mentality? Next, I'd like to share with you 10 happiness tips from Harvard mentors:
      First, follow your passion. Try to find things that are meaningful to you and that make you happy. Don't settle for just being relaxed or just following what others expect of you.
      Second, spend more time with your friends. Don't just sit there. Try to understand your parents. Close relationships are most likely to bring you happiness.
      Third, learn to fail. There is no shortcut to success. People with achievements in history always dare to act and often fail. Don't let the fear of failure stop you from trying something new.
      Fourth, accept that the occasional upset, disappointment, upset, or sadness is part of life. Accept it as a natural part of life, and then ask yourself:"what can I do to make me feel better?"
      Fifth, simplify. More doesn't always mean better. More good doesn't always mean better. Did you buy too many exercise books? Too many tutorials? Strive for perfection, not for abundance.
      Sixth, exercise regularly. Just 30 minutes three times a week can dramatically improve your physical and mental health.
      Seventh, sleep. Getting enough sleep every day is a great investment. You'll be more productive, creative, and happy when you're awake.
      Eighth, be generous. Right now, you may not have much money or time. But that doesn't mean you can't help others. When you help others, you help yourself.
      Ninth, be brave. Courage is not the absence of fear, but the carrying on of fear.
      Tenth, express gratitude. Don't take for granted your family, friends, health, education, etc. They are gifts that you will remember forever. Always be grateful.
      No pains no gains. The college entrance exam is approaching. I hope the students of senior three can face it with a normal heart, and write a regretless answer sheet for their youth! May success follow success in the near future.
