尊敬的各位领导、老师，亲爱的同学们：
大家好，我是来自高二（2）班的袁怡羚。我今天国旗下演讲的题目《“三爱三节”从我做起，“安全教育”你我同行》
勤以修身，俭以养德，节约为美。 勤俭节约是中华民族的传统美德。 立志向、 有梦想， 爱学习、 爱劳动、爱祖国，德智体美全面发展，是当代中国青少年核心素养的标准。学习，是我们学生最大的责任和义务。漫漫求学路，我们从懵懂无知的小孩到步入学校这座知识的殿堂，提素质，明心智，辨是非。脚踏实地，欲穷千里；埋头苦干，更上层楼。高尔基说过：“世界上最美好的东西，都是由热爱劳动的人的聪明的手创造出来的。”劳动是伟大而崇高的，劳动是光荣而神圣的。它是我们创造一切的源泉。劳动绝非不雅，绝非低俗，相反，它更是一种境界，一种升华，明白了它，才能使我们更好的体会艰辛。爱国，是一种荣耀。中国，是我们心中最大的骄傲，我们爱她泱泱大地，我们爱她的滔滔长江，我们爱她的永不停止的步伐。我们始终自豪：我，是中国人。
可是，这个拥有五千年华夏文明史的，供养了无数代炎黄子孙的可爱的中国，现在，遍体鳞伤。中国已被列入世界贫水国家，日耗水量和日均污水排放量都居世界第一位，有机污水排放量相当于美国、日本和印度排放量的总和，单位GDP污染物排放量是发达国家平均水平的十几倍。虽然，威海的水资源很足，但位于祖国西部的西藏仍极度贫水。宝贵的水资源在水龙头上哗哗的流走，无视扭头，正在扼杀着多少旱地荒漠上的希望。从今天开始，拧紧身边的水龙头，二次利用水资源，不再做个冷漠者，不做最后一滴水是自己的眼泪的无辜者。 一滴清水，一片绿地；一度光亮，升起文明之光。离家前，做到人走电断；离开教室时，随手关好电灯电扇。随手关灯一小步，节约能源一大步。一粥一饭，当思来之不易；半丝半缕，恒念物力维艰。以“光盘”为荣，以”浪费”为耻。餐餐不余，方可年年有余。
践行三爱三节，文明蔚然成风。这个世界越来越美好，我们越变越重要，所以，在成长学习的过程中，我们一定要学会保护好自己，学习安全知识，增强安全意识。认真对待每一次消防演练活动，不在教室内走廊上嬉闹追打，体育课上运动锻炼也是提前热身，规范使用运动器材，宿舍内注意用电安全，对自身安全负责。让安全系着你我他，愿我们的生活每天都充满阳光和鲜花。

Diligence to cultivate, to promote morality, saving beauty.Diligence and thrift are the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation.Achieving ambition, having dreams, loving learning, loving labor, loving the motherland, and developing morality, beauty, and beauty are the standards for the core literacy of contemporary Chinese youth.Learning is the greatest responsibility and obligation of our students.A long way to learn, we learn from the ignorant child to step into the school of knowledge, to improve quality, to understand the mind, to distinguish between right and wrong.Down to earth, want to be a thousand miles; work hard, go up the stairs.Gorky said: "The most beautiful things in the world are created by the clever hands of those who love labor."
