2022年铜仁一中国旗下讲话0516：《以劳育美，以美育人》

 2022年5月16日早上7：30，我校如期举行了本学期第12周的升旗仪式。本次升旗仪式的主题为：劳动教育。



尊敬的各位领导，敬爱的老师，亲爱的同学们:
       大家早上好！我是来自高二（34）班的苏梦琪，今天国旗下演讲的题目是《以劳育美，以美育人》。
       劳动无时不在，无处不有。从小学的“锄禾日当午，汗滴禾下土”到中学的“足蒸暑土气，背灼炎无光”，到现在的“晨兴理荒移，带月何锄归”，劳动的陪伴一贯而终，始终未变。我们不仅能从劳动中收获“粒粒皆辛苦”，更能在劳动中寻找美，收获美，从而形成美好而高尚的品德。
       劳动在平凡的生活中现出真实。而真实又如何体现于劳动中呢？反观刚刚过去的五一劳动节，或是尽自己力所能及为父母做一次饭，打扫一次卫生，或是抛开学业的繁忙，在闲暇之余尝试做一次志愿者，感受亲身劳动所带来的成就感与幸福感，我想现实总是令人骨感的。放假之余，填满我们生活的空白的更多是手机、互联网，劳动于我们似乎只是“君子之交淡如水”，形同陌路的过客一般。在中国青少年研究中心的一项调查研究报告显示:中国家庭的孩子每日平均劳动时间均为12分钟，还不止美国孩子的六分之一，仅为韩国孩子的四分之一，英国孩子的三分之一左右。我们不能要求每个人都在无时无刻忘我的劳动，但我们真的付出劳动了吗？对于正值青春年少的我们，“12”的的确确是一个令人唏嘘的数字。
        劳动在伟大的人生中现出绚烂。再观2021年中国网络热词排行榜。“躺平”一词的热度直趋而上，所谓“躺平”，就是不付出或仅付出些许劳动便想得到丰硕的劳动成果。在我看来与“不劳而获”别无两样。若我们当代青年从小便养成“躺平”意识，成为“躺平”的践行者，那么我们的社会也将成为“躺平”社会，后果的毁灭性不想而知。而我们所提倡的劳动教育也便失去了它的意义。躺平的对立面是劳动，是我们通过自己的双手所创造出一切我们理所应当享受的物质财富和精神财富，我们提倡劳动，尊重劳动，热爱劳动。而作为担当时代复兴大任的新人，我们更应在劳动和奉献中实现人生价值。
       “知识是从刻苦劳动中得来的，任何成就都是刻苦劳动的结果。”劳动于我们，是实现人生理想，达到梦想彼岸的基石，助我们健全美好品格一臂之力；于社会，是助推社会主义核心价值观扬帆起航的有力燃料，助社会形成全民劳动，终身劳动的良好风尚；我们的国家曾在黑暗中劳动，在劳动中重生，作为时代新青年，我们更应尊崇劳动、热爱劳动，在劳动中构筑人生新篇章，共创时代新辉煌。

       Good morning, everyone! My name is Su Mengqi, from Class 34, Grade two. Today, the topic of my speech under the national flag is "Education of beauty by labor, education of people by beauty". 
       Labor is everywhere, all the time. From the primary school of "hoe Helidangwu, sweat drops wo soil" to the middle school of "foot steaming summer soil, back burning without light", to the present "Chenxing Li Waste move, with the moon hoe", the company of labor has always been and end, has not changed. We can not only harvest from labor "hard", but also find beauty in labor, harvest beauty, so as to form a good and noble moral character. 
       Work is real in ordinary life. And how does truth manifest itself in labor? Looking back at the May Day just past, or do their best for their parents to cook a meal, cleaning a sanitation, or put aside the busy school work, in the spare time to try to do a volunteer, feel the sense of achievement and happiness brought by personal work, I think the reality is always a bone feeling. After the holiday, fill the blank of our life more is the mobile phone, the Internet, labor in us seems to be just "a gentleman's friendship is as light as water", form with stranger passer-by general. A study by the China Youth and Children Research Center found that Chinese children work for an average of 12 minutes a day, more than a sixth of American children, only a quarter of South Korean children and about a third of British children. We can't ask everyone to forget their labor all the time, but do we really pay the labor? For those of us in our youth, "12" is indeed a sad number. 
       Labor is gorgeous in a great life. Look again at the list of Chinese Internet hot words in 2021. The popularity of the word "lying down", which means wanting to achieve fruitful results with little or no effort, is on the rise. It seems to me the same as something for nothing. If we young people develop the consciousness of "lying down" from childhood and become practitioners of "lying down", then our society will also become a "lying down" society, with devastating consequences unknown to us. And the labor education that we advocate also has lost its significance. The opposite of lying flat is labor, which we create with our own hands all the material and spiritual wealth we are entitled to enjoy. We advocate labor, respect labor, and love labor. As the new man who undertakes the great task of the revival of The Times, we should realize the value of life through labor and dedication. 
        "Knowledge comes from hard work, and any achievement is the result of hard work." Labor in us, is to achieve the ideal of life, to achieve the other side of the dream cornerstone, to help us improve the good character; In society, it is a powerful fuel to boost the socialist core values to set sail and help society form a good fashion of labor for all people and lifelong labor. Our country has worked in the dark, born again in the labor, as the new youth of the era, we should respect labor, love labor, in the labor to build a new chapter of life, create a new brilliant era.
