四月的校园春意盎然，当我们享受岁月静好时，可曾想过这份安宁背后的守护？2015年通过的《国家安全法》将每年4月15日定为全民国家安全教育日，今年已是第九个年头。这个特殊的日子提醒我们：国家安全不是遥远的"国家大事"，而是与每个中国人息息相关的责任。
或许有同学会问："国家安全听起来很宏大，和我们有什么关系呢？”当你在社交平台看到境外势力编造的谣言时，当你在实验室严格遵守操作规范时，当你在旅游途中主动保护文物古迹时，这些都是在守护国家安全。今天的国家安全早已超越"保家卫国"的传统概念，它涵盖政治、经济、网络、生态等16个重点领域，像一张无形的防护网，需要每个"网结"都牢不可破。
回顾历史，中华民族经历过"山河破碎风飘絮"的危难时刻；放眼当下，世界正面临百年未有之大变局。疫情期间境外势力对我国医疗数据的窃取，某些国家企图篡改南京大屠杀史实的行径，都在警示我们：国家安全没有"局外人"。就像校园里每个班级都是年级的组成部分，我们每个人都是国家安全的守护者。
那么作为新时代青年，我们该如何行动？在此我倡议：
第一，做国家安全的"瞭望员"。学习《国家安全法》《网络安全法》等基本法律，关注时政要闻，提升辨别能力，面对可疑信息多问一句"这是真的吗"。
第二，做国家安全的"践行者"。从日常小事做起：不随意拍摄军事设施，不转发来源不明的链接，在外教询问敏感话题时保持警惕。
第三，做国家安全的"宣传员"。向家人科普生物安全知识，提醒长辈防范网络诈骗，用青年人的方式传播正能量。
同学们，国家安全不是抽象的名词，而是具体的行动。它可以是教室墙上"人走断电"的温馨提示，可以是运动会上"文明观赛"的自觉自律，更可以是国际交流时"中国故事"的自信讲述。让我们记住：守护国家安全，不需要惊天动地的壮举，只需要脚踏实地的担当。
最后，我想用梁启超先生的话与大家共勉："今日之责任，不在他人，而全在我少年。"愿我们以青春之我，筑安全之国。

The campus in April is full of spring, and as we enjoy the tranquility, have we ever considered theianship behind this peace? In 2015, the National Security Law designated April 15th as the National Security Education Day every year, and this year marks ninth year. This special day reminds us that national security is not a distant "national affair," but a responsibility that is closely related to every Chinese.
Perhaps students would ask: "National security sounds very grand, but what does it have to do with us?" When you see rumors spread by foreign forces on social platforms, when you follow the operation norms in the laboratory, when you actively protect cultural relics and historic sites during your travels, these are all ways to guard national security. Today, national security has gone beyond the traditional concept of "defending our homes and our country." It encompasses 16 key areas including politics, economy, network, and ecology, like an invisible net that requires every "knot" to be unbreakable.
Looking back at history, the Chinese nation has experienced difficult moments of "the mountains and rivers shattered the wind drifting like a flake." Looking at the present, the world is facing a major change that has not occurred in a century. During the pandemic, the theft our medical data by foreign forces, and the attempt of certain countries to distort the facts of the Nanjing Massacre, all serve as warnings to us: national security has nooutsiders." Just as every class in the campus is a part of the grade, each of us is a guardian of national security.
So, as the youth the new era, how should we take action? Here I propose:
First, be a "lookout" for national security. Study basic laws such as the National Security Law the Cyber Security Law, pay attention to current political news, enhance your discernment, and ask an extra question "is this true?" when facing suspicious information.
Second, a "practitioner" of national security. Start from the little things in daily life: do not casually photograph military facilities, do not forward links with unknown sources, and vigilant when foreign teachers ask about sensitive topics.
Third, be a "publicist" of national security. Educate your family about biosafety knowledge, remind your elders guard against online fraud, and spread positive energy in the way of the youth.
Fellow students, national security is not an abstract term, but a concrete action. It be a warm reminder on the classroom wall to "turn off the power when leaving," it can be the conscious discipline of "civilized spectating" during the sports meet and it can be the confident telling of "Chinese stories" during international exchanges. Let us remember: guarding national security does not require earth-shaking feats, but only-to-earth responsibility.
Finally, I would like to share a quote from Mr. Liang Qichao with you all for mutual encouragement: "The responsibility of lies not with others, but entirely with our youth." May we build a secure country with our youthful selves
