尊敬的各位领导、老师，亲爱的同学们：

大家早上好！我是来自高二（9）班的何万里，我讲话的题目是“用积极的心态去创造成功”。

曾经在一本杂志上看到这样一句话：“春天不播种，夏天就不会生长，秋天就不会收割，冬天就不能有品尝”。而每个同学都希望自己在毕业时能学业有成，金榜题名。所以今天要继续为大家鼓舞士气。

时光荏苒，高一的同学可能还沉浸在新老师、新同学的兴奋之中，不知不觉间，一学期快要过去；高二的同学们该如何面对剩下一年多时间呢？高三的同学也快要奔赴战场，三年弹指一挥间，许多同学会有“春风得意马蹄疾”的光耀，也有许多同学会遭遇挫折、跌落人生低谷的失意，温暖灿烂的笑颜，总是和潸然泪下的伤感与苦闷共存。这一切，会被永久地定格在每一位同学的记忆里，成为中学生涯最值得珍藏的风景。

学习就像一场考验毅力与恒心的长跑竞赛，即使路途坎坷，荆棘满地，也义无反顾、坚持不懈。谁都知道取得成功不可能一帆风顺，攀登理想高峰也决不会是平坦大道，但面对摆在眼前的重重困难，你是坚持还是逃避，你会是那笑到最后的人，还是被自己的懦弱击败，你会因被荆棘划破的手指而恐惧，还是不怕艰险，把困难踏作脚下的泥丸？泰戈尔曾经说过这样一句至理名言：只有流过血的手指，才能弹出世间的绝唱；只有经过地狱般的磨练，才能创造天堂的力量。所以我们每个人要有积极向上的心态。一个人的心态就是这个人真正的主人。要么你去驾驭生命，要么是生命驾驭你，心态控制了个人的行动和思想，心态决定了我们的成功与否。

同学们，不知道你是否计算过高考考场上的总有效时间是9小时，即540分钟。但考场下我们经历了12年的洗礼。所以我们又怎么能让那么多的辛苦付诸东流?一份耕耘，一份收获。希望同学们抛下一切杂念，轻装上阵，朝着既定的目标出发。“没有比人更高的山，没有比脚更长的路”，路就在你们自己的脚下，命运就在你们自己的手中。能成为龙，就不做千里马；能成为千里马，就坚决不做可怜虫！

只有沿着认清自我、锻造自我、提升自我这一健康有序的虹桥，就可以上九天揽月，天堑就会变通途。只有拥有积极的心态，你必成功！在未来的战场上高歌猛进，开创美好的未来！

我预言：数风流人物，还看大家；我坚信：待到山花烂漫时，你在丛中笑！

Good morning, teachers and classmates:

No pain, no gain. I hope the students throw everything, traveling light, towards the established goal. “There is no higher mountain than the people, no longer than the foot of the road,” the road is at your feet, the fate of the hands of your own. Can you become the sun, not the moon; can you become the moon, do not be the stars! To become a dragon, I would not do it can be maxing; maxima; resolutely be poor.

You have a positive attitude, you will succeed! Stride forward singing militant songs on the battlefield of the future, create a better future!
