尊敬的老师、亲爱的同学们：大家早上好！我是高二（4）班的刘嵩，今天我为大家作国旗下的讲话，我演讲的题目是《青春无悔》。奋斗的青春无怨无悔。青春不单是姣好的面容，强健的体魄，还必须是开放的心灵的活跃

尊敬的老师、亲爱的同学们：

大家早上好！

我是高二（4）班的刘嵩，今天我为大家作国旗下的讲话，我演讲的题目是《青春无悔》。

奋斗的青春无怨无悔。

青春不单是姣好的面容，强健的体魄，还必须是开放的心灵的活跃的思想。拥有青春就拥有了一大笔财富，但青春的财富是有限的，不好好珍惜和把握，它将悄无声息地消失殆尽。郭沫若先生说过：“人世间，比青春的财富再可贵的东西实在没有，然而青春也最容易消失。”是的，青春只有一次，我们要想挽留住青春，无悔于青春，就要把握现在。

我们有青春就有梦想，就不虚度年华。雨果先生说过：“谁虚度年华，谁的青春就会褪色，生命就会抛弃他们。”梦想或大或小，只是每个人对梦想的诠释不同。但只要努力拼搏，只要辛勤付出，脚踏实地，就会实现梦想，让青春出彩！

我们有梦想就有蓝天。为梦想，为青春，我们义无反顾，勇往直前。在追逐梦想的路上，有狂风暴雨，有阳光雨露，不管怎样，我们要放开步子，大胆往前走。“海阔凭鱼跃，天高任鸟飞。”青春需要我们有一双坚韧的翅膀，不停地，诚挚地飞翔。

古人云：“劝君莫惜金缕衣，劝君惜取少年时。”我们必须把握人生的黄金时代，细心体味。青春只有一次，我们为何不趁青春还在，激情还在，梦想还在，用我们永不言败的精神和不懈的努力去证明：我能行，我一定能行！

理想是石，敲出星星之火；理想是火，点燃青春的灯；理想是灯，照亮青春的路；理想是路；引我们走向黎明。我们是五月的花海，用青春拥抱时代，我们是初升的太阳，用生命点燃未来！同学们！把握青春，追逐梦想，我们才会无愧于时代，无悔于青春！

Dear teachers, dear students:

Good morning, everyone！

I am LHL from Class 4 Grade 2.It’s my honor to be here to give you a speech, my topic is "the Regretless Youth".

Struggle youth, no regrets.

It is not only a good face, strong physique, must also be open and active thinking. Youth has a lot of wealth, but the wealth of youth is limited, not properly cherish and grasp, it will quietly disappear. Mr. Guo Moruo once said, "in the world, there is no more precious thing than the wealth of youth, but youth is most easily lost."." Yes, youth only once, we want to keep youth, no regrets in youth, we must grasp now.

We have had a dream of youth, it is not wasted. Mr. Hugo said: "who wasted years, whose youth will fade, life will abandon them." Dreams are big or small, but each person has different interpretations of his dream. But as long as the hard work, as long as the hard work, down-to-earth, will realize the dream, let youth color!

If we had dreams, we would have blue sky. For the dream, for the youth, we proceed without hesitation, go forward courageously. In the pursuit of the dream, there is a storm, there is sunshine, rain and dew, anyway, we should step forward and boldly move forward. Wide sea diving, sky." Youth needs us to have a pair of tough wings, and keep flying.

The ancients said: "cherish only your youth." We must grasp the golden age of life and appreciate it carefully. Youth only once, why don't we still take advantage of youth, passion is still a dream, with our indomitable spirit and unremitting efforts to prove that I can do it, I can do it!

Ideal is stone, knock out sparks of fire; the ideal is fire, lit the lamp of youth; the ideal is a lamp to illuminate the way of youth; ideal is the way to lead us toward the dawn. We are the flowers of May, embracing the times with youth, we are the rising sun, lighting the future with our lives! Students！ Seize the youth, chase the dream, we will be worthy of the times, no regrets in youth!
