亲爱的老师们，亲爱的同学们早上好!我是来自高二五班的学生，我叫田泰。今天非常荣幸能在国旗下讲话，我讲的主题是做最好的自己。现在生活中，我不知道有多少人在不经意间迷失了自己。人们总是在自己周围寻来找去

亲爱的老师们，亲爱的同学们

早上好!

我是来自高二五班的学生，我叫田泰。今天非常荣幸能在国旗下讲话，我讲的主题是“做最好的自己”。

现在生活中，我不知道有多少人在不经意间迷失了自己。人们总是在自己周围寻来找去，却很容易忽视自己脚下这块真实的土地，总是追逐别人的东西，却忘记了自己的独特品质。

所以人们常常因为不被接受而感到沮丧，总是认为错误必须来自自己。我们常想，“也许我不是一个受欢迎的人”，在挫折中，我们失去了对自己的信任，在别人的眼里，我们匍匐前进，有时我们失去前进的勇气。

听说高中学生因为受不了学习压力而自杀，我感到很难过。我们不是在谈论现在残酷的教育竞争。因为在现代社会，即使没有考验，我们也必须面对越来越激烈的生存竞争，在这样残酷的竞争中。我们应该学会提前缓解压力，积极面对现实！

亲爱的同学们，我想对你们说：你不能成为一个人人都喜欢的人，每个人都有自己的最爱，别人也喜欢别人，这绝对不是你的错。愉快地接受自己，可以走一条又长又宽的路。

如果全世界的人都不同意你的观点，那就是你的问题。如果只是一些人在抱怨你，那就真的不需要关心了。因为你不能，你不必成为每个人都喜欢的人。

很多时候，事情并非如我们所想的那样坏，只要你不放弃，继续努力，迟早会有人发现了最可爱，最好的你。

最后，我想送给大家一句话：“你可以不成功，但不可以不成长；你可以犯错误，但不可以找借口；你可以没进步，但不可以不努力；你可以很现实，但不可以没梦想。因为，你是你，没有人可替代，无论好坏，不管精彩还是落寞，哪怕只有一个观众，也请你做好自己，演绎好人生这部自编自导的电

Dear teachers, dear students

Good morning!

I'm吴栩 from class five grade two.It is a great honor to be able to speak here. Today I am talking about the theme of "being your best self"

Now in life, I don't know how many people lost themselves when they were inadvertently. People are always looking for others around themselves, but it is easy to overlook the true self, always chasing after others' things, but forget their own unique qualities

So people often get upset about not being accepted, always thinking that mistakes must come from themselves. We often think, "maybe I'm not a popular person." In frustration, we lose our trust in ourselves, in the eyes of others, we crawl, sometimes we lose the courage to move forward.

I feel sad to hear that high school students have committed suicide because they can't stand the pressure of study. We're not talking about the brutal competition of education now. Because in the modern society, even if there is no test, we must face the increasingly fierce competition for survival, in such a cruel competition.

Should we learn to relieve stress early and actively face the reality?

I want to say to you,my dear schoolmates

: you can't be a person that everyone likes, everyone has their own favorite, others like others, it is definitely not your fault. To accept oneself happily can take a long and wide road.

If people around the world won't agree with you, it's your problem. If it's just a few people who are complaining about you, there's really no need to care. Because you can't, and you don't have to be a person everyone likes.

A lot of times, things aren't as bad as we think, as long as you don't give up and keep trying, sooner or later someone will find the loveliest, the best of you.

Finally I want to give you a word:'Don't be jealous of others.Because you never know how much you will get in the next second. '
