努力与坚持

敬爱的老师、亲爱的同学们：

大家早上好！我是高二（8）班的瞿倩，今天我国旗下讲话的主题是《努力与坚持》。

“锲而不舍，金石可镂”，荀子的这句话直观地说明了努力与坚持的重要性，每个人的成功都离不开自身的努力，只要努力了再坚持下去，就一定有所回报，我们的祖国亦是如此。2012年，习近平主席说：“我们一定不负重托，不辱使命，努力向历史，向人民交一份答卷”。五年过去，中国人民收到了这样一份答卷。

世界最长的跨海大桥港珠澳大桥、上海洋山港自动化码头、中国高速公路总里程13.1万公里，位居世界第一。这一切都是中国向世界证明的最有利的声音。

然而我们也不能只看到成果，却忽略了他们背后的努力与坚持。被视为“鬼门关”的胡麻岭隧道，土质偏软，不到14公里，却一挖就是八年，最艰难的时候，每天只能掘进半米。但再难也得挖通。今年六月，胡麻岭隧道终于贯通。这就是努力与坚持的结果。

十九大即将过去，习近平主席在报告中多次提到青少年，他说：“青年兴则国家兴，青年强则国家强”。而我们的人生就如同一块香料，只有让努力的行动为柴，坚持的信念为火，才能散发出最浓郁的芬芳，才能让中国梦变为现实。有了努力与坚持不一定会成功，但没有努力与坚持就注定会失败，对于成功，努力与坚持必不可少！

Effort and Persistence

Dear teacher and dear classmates:

Good morning, everyone！ I am a senior high school (8) class Chentong Yuze（陈同雨泽）today the theme of my speech under the national flag is "hard work and perseverance".

"Perseverance, can engrave stone", this sentence Xunzi illustrated the importance of effort and perseverance, everyone's success cannot do without the efforts of their own, as long as you work hard to stick to it, will be rewarded, so is our country. In 2012, President Xi Jinping said: "we must trust, and strive to history, have succeeded in carrying out an assignment, submit a report to the people". In the past five years, the Chinese people have received such an answer sheet.

The world's longest cross sea bridge, Hong Kong Zhuhai Macao Bridge, Shanghai Yangshan Port automation wharf, China expressway total mileage of 131 thousand kilometers, ranking first in the world. All of these are the most favorable voices China has shown to the world.

However, we can not only see the results, but ignore the efforts and perseverance behind them. regarded as a "Humaling tunnel gate", the soil is soft, less than 14 km, but a dig is eight years, the most difficult time, half a meter per day driving. But it's harder to dig through. In June, the tunnel reached its peak. This is the result of hard work and perseverance.

The Nineteenth Meet is about to pass, and President Xi Jinping has mentioned teenagers in many times in his report. He said, "youth is good for the country, and youth is strong for the country."". And our life is like a piece of spices, only to make efforts for firewood, adhere to the belief that the fire, in order to emit the most full-bodied fragrance, in order to make the Chinese dream into reality. Success and perseverance are not necessarily successful, but without effort and perseverance, it is bound to fail. For success, hard work and perseverance are essential!
