尊敬的各位领导,亲爱的各位老师,同学们
大家早上好,我是来自高二25班的万可瑾,今天我演讲的题目是《共同携手,增强身体素质,预防春季疾病》。
春天到来,气温逐渐回暖,而各种易发的流行性疾病也悄然而至,俗话说"身体是革命的本钱"唯有健康的身体才能支持我们高强度的学习.重视身体健康,及时预防疾病,刻不容缓,所以今天我来和同学们分享关于预防春季疾病的知识。
高发于校园中的常见的传染性疾病主要有三类。
一类是流行性感冒,一类是水痘,另一类是流行性腮腺炎。流行性感冒是由流感病毒引起的呼吸道疾病,具有很强的传染性,常伴有发热,全身酸痛,咽喉肿痛以及咳嗽等症状。水痘是由水痘带状疱疹病毒感染引起的急性传染病,以发热和成批出现周身性红色斑疹为特征。流行性腮腺炎是由腮腺炎病毒引起的呼吸道疾病,常在学校和公共场所爆发,一开始有畏寒,食欲不振,头痛等症状,严重时会有腮腺肿大的情况。三种传染病都以呼吸道飞沫传播为主,但我们不必惊慌,只要预防得当,这些疾病都可避免。
我们该如何预防这些传染性疾病呢?
第一,我们要养成良好的个人卫生习惯,勤洗手,勤洗澡。第二,注意公共场合的卫生,教室寝室应常开窗通风,打扫卫生时,先洒水再扫地以避免扬起尘埃进入口鼻,第三,要注意保暖,根据天气的变化适当增减衣物,要多喝水,多吃水果补充维生素C,经常锻炼身体。其中锻炼身体尤为重要!
锻炼身体可以增强免疫力,有利于增强抗病能力,能增进身体健康,使疲劳的身体得到积极的休息,使人精力充沛地投入学习舒展身心,有助安眠及消除读书带来的压力。是提高我们身体素质的一个重要途径。
那么作为高中生的我们如何在紧凑的课程学习中锻炼身体呢?首先,我们要积极参加体育课上的各种活动,利用好体育课的45分钟,其次,我们要认真做广播体操,广播体操能够全面锻炼身体的各个部位,再次,我们要充分利用课间十分钟,不要总是在教室里睡觉,要多去走廊走动,呼吸新鲜空气,以饱满的热情投入到下节课的学习,同时我们可以充分利用早晨早读前和下午放学后的课余时间,根据自己的兴趣爱好进行室外锻炼,增强体质。
让我们携起手来,增强身体素质,齐心协力做好春季疾病防预!

Distinguished leaders, dear teachers and classmates
Good morning, I'm WangYifan from class 25, grade 2 . Today, my topic is "join hands to enhance physical fitness and prevent spring diseases".
Spring is coming, the temperature is gradually warm, and a variety of common epidemic diseases are quietly coming, as the saying goes "health is the source of revolution" only a healthy body can support our high strength of learning, so I today share about spring disease prevention knowledge
There are three main types of infectious diseases that occur frequently in schools
One is influenza, one is chicken pox, and the other is mumps. Influenza is a respiratory disease caused by influenza virus, which is highly infectious and often accompanied by fever, Varicella is an acute infectious disease caused by varicella zoster virus Mumps is a respiratory disease caused by the mumps virus, which often breaks out in schools and public places。All three diseases are transmitted by respiratory tract,if we prevent rightly these diseases can avoid.
How can we prevent these infectious diseases?
First of all, we should develop good health habits, Wash your hands and take a bath frequently, open Windows frequently, drink more water and eat more fruits to supplement vitamin c . Spray and mop the floor to avoid raising dust into the mouth and nose, pay attention to keep warm, often exercise. Exercise is especially important
Physical exercise is an important way of improving the quality of our body, we should conscientiously do gymnastics, second, to make full use of the recess ten minutes, don't always sleep in the classroom, gooutside.and take a breath of fresh air, we can also make full use of before and after school in the afternoon free time to do morning reading in the morning, for outdoor exercise.
Let us join hands to enhance physical fitness, work together to do a good job in spring disease prevention!
