大家好：
我是来自高二（39）班的洪榕，我今天国旗下演讲的题目是《人生天地间》
人生一世，草生一春，来如风雨，去似微尘。展子虔的《游春图》中，丈山，尺树，寸马，豆人。只有经历了历史的神游，才知道人生的短暂；只有见到过灾难，才知道生命的珍贵。
相信大家最近都在关注6月17日发生在四川宜宾的6.0级地震。截止6月19日，地震已造成13人死亡，220人受伤。前一秒，一家人其乐融融，下一秒却地动山摇，在几近扭曲的天崩地裂后，就是无声无息。一家三口被埋，获救时，4岁孩子已无生命迹象；李雨秦，15岁，全身软组织损伤，家人不幸遇难；一位幸存的妇女向被掩埋在废墟中的亲人哭喊：“对不起，我没能救你”。束手无策的痛恨，渺如微尘的无奈。让我们一起向四川受灾民众致以最深切的同情与最诚挚的慰问。让逝者有不朽的名，让生者有永恒的爱。
人生天地间，忽如远行客。人生这么短，却那么美。人的生命只有一次，它不像财富，可以失而复得；不像离离原上草，可以周而复始。在自然的怒吼下，人类显得如此脆弱。夏季是安全事故的高发期，目前全国每年有1.6万名中小学生非正常死亡蓓蕾初开，前程无限，未开而落，令人扼腕。
古人有云：“有防则安，无防则危。”生命最可贵，安全第一位。只要我们在生活中注意保护自身安全，提高安全防范意识，危险还是可以避免的。在此我向大家提出三点建议：
1、夏季天气炎热，饮食切忌暴饮暴食，切忌食用发霉、发酸、变馊、变质、过期的食物，以防食物中毒；
2、暑假正值汛期，要注意防汛。见到有人落水而自己又无能力救的情况下要采取大声呼救及报警等措施；
3、遇到雷雨天气，请拔掉插头，关上电源，避免雷击。
铁肩担道义，妙手著文章。习总书记在纪念五四运动100周年大会上讲到，我们青年是整个社会力量中最积极，最有生气的力量。时代的责任赋予我们，时代的光荣属于我们。我们要做的，是在那方寸课桌上汲取知识；是在那运动场上恣意挥洒汗水；是要展现弄潮儿向潮头立，手把红旗旗不湿的飒爽风采。 不应让我们的生命湮于洪流，没于沙丘。人生天地间，顶天立地，中华青年当如是，铜中学子当如是。

Dear teachers and classmates,
Good morning.
I'm Yu Guoer （喻果儿）from Class 39,Grade 2.Today my topic is:our valuable life.
We spent our life,just like the grass live through the springtime.We came like the wind and the rain,but we will go as tiny dust.Only if we go through the flood of history,we learn about how short our life is.After seeing the disaster,we will realize that our life is precious.
On June 17th,a level 6 earthquake occured in Yibin, Sichuan province.As of June 19th,the horrible earthquake had taken toll of 13 people.At the same time, more than 200 people have got hurt.A family of three was rescued. Unfortunately, their 4 years old son had lost his life.A woman who was lucky to survive cried to the ruins:" Sorry,I couldn't save you." All the people suffering great pain in mind can do nothing but mourn their loves.Hope the dearly departed can be immortal and the living ones can look forward to a better life.
We only have decades of years, and we all have to go at the end of our life as passer-by.However, the world is marvelous and worth to enioying.So what can we do as commom human beings to enjoy it?Of course we need to make our safety first.Here are three tips that I want to tell you:
First of all ,as the weather is hot,we should avoid eating rotten food or anything spoiled,which may cause food poisoning.
Second, our summer vacation is in flood season, so don't close to swift rivers. If you see someone drowning, don't rush to the water without thinking. You should shout loudly for help and call the police.
Third,in case of thunderstorm, please pull the plug and shut off the power supply to avoid being struck by lightning.If you come across a fire,calm yourself down and try to escape in correct ways.
" Iron shoulders take the duties,smart hands write the articles." President Xi said at the meeting to mark the 100th anniversary of the May 4th movement. We youngsters are considered to be the most active force in the whole society. What we need to do is to sweat on the playground and gain useful konwledge form every class.
Our life shouldn't be wasted or lost in flood of sand dunes. The Chinese youth should be wondrous,as well as we students in No.1 Middle school of tongren.
