2023年12月4日早上7：30，我校如期举行了本学期第16周的升旗仪式。本次升旗仪式的主题为：青少年法制教育。

亲爱的老师，亲爱的同学们：

大家好，我是来自16班的吴佳玉，今天我国旗下讲话的内容是《法制校园，你我共建》。
“法国之权衡，也时之准绳也”随着社会的发展，法治的作用越来越重要，与我们中学生的关系也更加密切，迎着时代的朝阳，我们不仅仅是扣响法制大门的学生，更是他的宣扬者，青少年是国家的希望和民族的未来，和谐社会的构建同样离不开，我们的参与付出，作为一名中学生，我们更要深刻的意识到学法和守法的重要性，学法是守法的前提。正如英国思想家温斯坦莱说的，“假如有很好的法律，但人民不了解他们，这对共和国来说就像没有任何法律一样糟糕。”尊法常常体现在生活中微小的事情里：如严格遵守校规校纪，遵守交通规则，从小养成良好的行为习惯等。更重要的是，我们要懂得如何用法律来保护自己，青少年在社会中属于较弱势的群体，因此我们应以法律为盾化知识为矛，多多学习法律知识，在遇到危险的时候，在法律方面寻求保护。
今天是全国第十个宪法宣传日，希望通过这次演讲，让同学们对法律有更深刻的认识，也希望同学们深入了解法律知识，做一个知法，守法，用法的文明中学生。

Dear teachers and students:
Good morning! I Tuzyi fom Clas Sixten, Crade two.As students of our age group, how should we protect our legitimate rights and interests and enhance our awareness of self-protection? This is the question I want to talk about today.
Article 40 of the Law on the Prevention of Juvenile Delinquency stipulates that "minors shall abide by laws, regulations, and social morality norms, establish a sense of self-esteem, self-discipline, and self-improvement, enhance their ability to distinguish right from wrong and self-protection, and. consciously criticize the temptation and infringement of various bad behaviors and illegal criminal behaviors."
This can be summarized in simple language as how to regulate oneself. For example, to abide by laws, regulations, and social ethics, as a model, we should first follow the various rules and regulations of the school, restraining our words and actions in accordance with the "Code of Conduct for Middle School Students".
Respecting teachers loving the class, striving to do good deeds for the school and class, and showing filial piety to parents at home are also significant. Last but not least we should try to learn scientific and cultural knowledge, establish lofty ideals, and serve our country in the future .Only by arming one's mind with knowledge can one become a useful value law in society in the future. A nation without culture is a nation without hope.
As we all know, the United States is a hegemon in the world, known as the world police. The reason why it is strong is because of its strong technology, which is due to the high quality of people and the high level of education they receive .That's the importance of education.
My fellow students, you are the hope and future of our country, the masters of the new century. We hope that you will study diligently, abide by laws and regulations, cultivate good moral qualities from a young age, and become successful from a standpoint.
