心存法度,方有矩圆
亲爱的老师，同学们：
大家早上好。我是来自高二（7）的刘菲菲，很高兴能站在国旗下与大家分享：心存法度，方有矩圆。
众人皆知，国有国法，家有家规。忆往昔，秦时，商鞅变法，才有了统一六国的伟绩；罗马，十二铜表法，才有了拓疆欧亚非的丰功；清时，曾国藩，家规不可改，才有了一门父子三英杰。阅史册，览汗青，方知，无规矩不成方圆。
看今朝，国亦如此。宪法，我国治国安邦的总章程，国之根本法，最高法。现今使用的宪法是82宪法，它规定了坚持中国共产党领导等四项基本原则，我国的国体与政体，人民代表大会制度。它是一切组织和工作人员的基本活动准则，亦是其他法律形成的基础与依赖。
因为《湿地保护法》，全国数百万公顷的湿地得以保护，留下的，是万千候鸟的归宿；因为《中华人民共和国劳动法》，农民工的权利得以保护，留下的是无数真切的笑容；因为《反家庭暴力法》，身陷暴力的孩童得以保护，留下的是七彩阳光的童年。在宪法的基础上形成的法律保护了无数公民的基本权利，动物亦如此。
因为宪法，新中国得以长治久安；因为宪法，新中国有了自己的特色社会主义道路；因为宪法，我国正向社会现代化砥砺前行。宪法，规定了国家的根本制度和根本任务。
面对宪法，庄重态度亦如是。习主席提出了全面实施依法治国的基本方略。当习主席面对宪法庄重宣誓，当各级领导举起右手庄重承诺，可知，法制深入人心，人人心存法度，方有矩圆。
作为新时代的弄潮儿，风华正茂的高中生，我们是祖国的未来，我们更应当树立宪法意识，方能心存法度与国同兴；牢记自身处事原则，方能如君子般屹立；牢记班级班规，方能与班级共进退；牢记校级校规，方能做文明的主人。
在祖国刚过去的69岁生日里，请让我们牢记，心存法度，方有矩圆，自觉学宪法，讲宪法。

Everyone knows that state owned laws and family owned rules.
Recalling the past, when the Qin Dynasty, because of the Shang Dynasty reform, there was the great achievements of the six countries; Rome, because of the twelve copper table method,there had the great achievements of the extension of Europe and Asia; when the Qing Dynasty, Zeng Guofan, the family rules can not be changed, there are A father and son three heroes Read the history books, you wil know, no rules no Order..
Today,China is also like this. Constitution, the general constitution of China, the fundamental law of the state, the supreme law. The constitution used today is 82, which stipulates the four basic principles of adhering to the leadership of the communist party of China, the state constitution and political system of our country, and the system of people's congresses.It is not only the basic activity standard of all organizations and staff, but also the basis of other laws.
Because of 《the Wetland Protection Act》, millions of hectares of wetlands nationwide have been protected,leaving behind the home of thousands of migratory birds;；Because of 《the Labor Law of the People’s Republic of China》, the rights of migrant workers are protected, leaving behind countless real smiles.；Because of 《the Anti-Domestic Violence Act》, children who are violent are protected, leaving behind a colorful childhood. Laws formed on the basis of the Constitution protect the basic rights of countless citizens, as do animals.
Because of the constitution，the new China is long-term stability；Because the Constitution,the new China has its own road of socialism.；Because the Constitution，China is moving forward towards social modernization。
When Chairman Xi took a solemn oath in the face of the Constitution, when the leaders at all levels raised their hands, it is clear that the legal system is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.
As the successor of the new era, our high school students are the future of our country. Keep class rules in mind and work together with the class. Keep the school rules in mind and be a civilized person.
