今天我国旗下讲话的题目是:健康与运动
法国著名的思想家伏尔泰曾说过“生命在于运动。”没有运动的生命也是短暂的,人生最大的财富就是健康,所以,想要拥有这笔财富,最佳的方法就是加强体育锻炼,让运动成为习惯。
在经济高速发展的今天,人们的生活水平越来越高,身体状况却越来越差。有数据显示,中国高血压人口多达1.6~1.7亿人,超重或有肥胖症的人占七千万至两亿,脂肪肝患者约1.2亿人,这些疾病不仅危害到个人生命,更让家庭承担了高昂的药物费用,因此,健康对于每个人都是十分重要的。
健康需要运动,运动促进健康。但现代人总是用工作、学业繁忙为借口,不去运动。作为二十一世纪的高中生,我们确实要为高考而埋头苦读,还要为提高个人素养而奋斗,但这两者之间并不相矛盾。7加1大于8,意思是7小时的学校加上1小时的运动,胜于8小时的学习,我们何乐而不为呢?看古时十年寒窗,埋头只知读书的白面书生,往往手无缚鸡之力,差别就在于运动。缺乏运动的才子,能在故纸堆里体验到来自生命本能的喜悦么?所幸的是,在学校的运动场上,有年轻的生命力在喷薄,也有最美的夕阳红在燃烧。尽管有时天气不佳,冷雨湿襟,运动并不因此搁浅,运动员也不因此退缩。所以,我们应当坚持下去,永不放弃,以饱满的热情、昂扬的斗志投入到运动中,让运动成为生活中重要的一部分。下面给大家提几点注意事项:
1. 注意天气变化。在雾、大风等天气出现时运动,空气中的颗粒物会对呼吸道和肺部造成伤害,尽量不要在室外进行锻炼。
2. 运动前热身。在运动前要通过拉伸、活动关节等方式来放松肌肉,避免运动时肌肉拉伤。
3. 运动后的饮食。运动前一小时和运动后半小时内不宜进食,可以在运动后喝少量淡盐水来补充运动时丧失的盐分和水分。
运动不仅促使身体健康,同时也有利于心理健康,当我们在因学习压力大而感到焦虑、烦躁时,运动就是最好的选择,因为大脑会释放出内啡肽,使人产生兴奋感,以缓解情绪,减少压力。
“运动是自己命运的创造者”这是诺贝尔奖得主谢灵顿的至理名言,“运动是目的,理想是标准”这是法国文学家雨果的一生追求。只有运动才会健康,只有健康我们才会更快乐。在运动中,我们体验成功的喜悦;在运动中,我们尝尽了失败的痛楚;在运动中,我们磨练了坚强的意志;在运动中,我们阐述了团结的内涵;快乐有苦有甜,有酸有涩。人生时见阴雨,时见阳光。在运动中,我们可以体会到五味生活,七彩人生。运动传递健康,健康成就快乐!
