2026年9月22日早上7：30我校如期举行了本学期4周的升旗仪式。本次升旗仪式的主题为：日常行为规范教育。

中文演讲稿：
尊敬的各位老师,亲爱的同学们

大家早上好!
晨曦初露，红旗猎猎，站在这庄严的国旗下，我想与大家共谈一个朴素而深刻的话题--日常行为规范
古人云:“没有规矩，不成方圆，规矩是江河的堤岸,看似约束了流水，实则成就了奔涌千里的浩瀚，规范，是风筝的引线，看似限制了飞翔，实则托举了翱翔苍穹的自由。对我们而言，日常行为规范不是桎梏，而是翅膀一它让我们在青春的天空中，飞得更稳更点更远!
规范，是修身之本。一屋不扫，何以扫天下?课桌上整齐的书本，折射的是思维的条理，走廊里轻声的脚步，彰显的是对他人的尊重，食堂中有序的队列，体现的是公共意识的觉醒。这些看似微小的细节，恰如一面面镜子，映照出我们内心的秩序与修养，正所谓勿善小而不为，勿以恶小而为之”每一次对规范遵守，都是对自我品格的一次雕琢，修身齐家治国平天下，一切的起点，不过是我们日常的一言一行(总体平稳有力)
规范是处世之道，我们身处校园，便是一个微缩的社会。见到老师的一声问候，这是尊师重道的传承，与同学相处的一句谦让，这是团结友爱，面对困难时不放弃，勇于坚持是自强不息的精神，
同学们，青春是一团火，规范，便是炉膛，它让火焰燃烧的持久明亮，青春是一首歌，规范，便是节拍，它让旋律演奏的动人和谐，让我们以规范为翼，赴一场无愧于青春的约定
最后，请允许我用一句话与大家共勉，播下行为的种子，收获习惯，播下习惯的种子，收获性格，播下性格的种子，收获命运，愿我们都能以规范为翼，赴青春之约，书写无愧时代之华章。

英文演讲稿：
Dear teachers and fellow students,Good morning!
I'm 陈雨宸，from Senior 2 Class 4.
Today, standing under the solemn national flag, I would like to share a simple but meaningful topic with everyone - our Daily behavior norms.
The ancients said that: without rules, nothing can be accomplished. Rules might seem like a cage, but they actually give us freedom. For us students, the norms of daily behavior are not limitations, but wings, they allow us to fly higher and reach farther
Norms are the foundation of our characters. As the saying goes, "If you don't sweep a house, how can you sweep a world?" A neat desk reflects a clear mind. Quiet footsteps in the hallway show respect for others. These small details are like mirrors, reflecting our inner order. Every time we follow the rules, we improve our character, brightening our future.
Norms are also the way we treat others. Our campus is a small society. A simple"Hello" to our teachers shows respect. A polite smile to our classmates shows kindness. These small actions build a harmonious environment for all of us.
Now，fellow students,let me ask you three question ;Are you self displined without supervision?Are you polite when you are in hurry?Are you truly caring for others in our daily lives? Norms are not slogans on the wall, but actions in our daily lifeSo here is my proposal to every one: starting today as students of Tongren No.1 Middle School, let cleanliness be our name card. Let civilized words become our habit. Let self- discipline become our belief. Let's start from picking up a piece of paper tel's start from listening careful in every class. Let's start from treating everyone with sincerity
Finally, please allow me to share a famous quote. "Sow an action, and you reap a habit. Sow a habit, and you reap a character. Sow a character, and you reap a destiny."
May we all take norms as our wings, keep our promise to youth, and write a brilliant chapter of our time
