2018年12月3日早七点半，我校如期举行了本周的升起仪式。本次升起仪式的主题为：优秀。以下为升旗现场照片：
Dear teachers and students,today my topic is"To Be Excellent"
First of all,I would like to ask the students,how many people know our school spirit:Park Mao purge,bearing in mind whether to practice at the same time? Is it sad that a model high school does not have a matching student?
Within a week, the style of exercises has taken a new look,and this change has allowed us to quickly gather from 10 minutes to the venue, to see what a good high school student should be able to do with his style and features.And in private, there are always some students who have a lot of opinions about it.
But imagine,if an outstanding student,do not distinguish right from wrong,do not understand the definition of laziness.It can not help but wonder, what's the defintion of good?
I think, a good person, must have Yang on the face of the self-confidence, grow in the bottom of the heart of goodness,into the blood into thebones.
Impetuous times needs quiet heart,campus also is so.Near attend class,classroom is sparse a few students, this is prorastnalion. The delay in doing exercises was rambling.
An outstanding school depends on the student to build,an outstanding student relies on the moral cnaracter.Only studies calmly and sleadfastly advances,we can better advocate for ourschool, does not have the stage fright.
The youth of us,do not be impetuous.Nietzsche once said, "who will eventually shake the earth,will remain silent for a long time,who will eventually light lightning, will be like a cloud of drifting for a long time." An excellent person is one who think and study calmly.
Youth should be the capital of hard work, not an excuse for laziness, so refuse to procrastinate.A good person will persist,and focus on doing one thing.Therefore,good people also need to have the spirit of not beingcareless but bing good at attendance.
A good man needs to raise the national flag,sing the National anthem solemnly.A good man needs to stand like a pine,sit like a bell, walk like the wind.
And now our school is in need of such an excellent,so,let us raise the sail of struggle,do not scramble for empty voice, realistic and pragmatic,let us become the spokesman of our school.

优秀吧！少年
首先，我在这里，想要问同学们，在场的有多少人知道我校的校风：朴茂整肃，铭记于心的同时又是否去践行？一个一类示范性高中如果没有与之匹配的学生，是否令人感到悲哀？
一周之内，课间操风貌焕然一新，课间改革这一变化让我们从10分钟到不了场地到现在的迅速集合，整齐做操，秩序井然，让我们看到了一所好高中的学生所该具有的风貌，而私下里总有那么一些学生对此意见频频。
可设想，如果一个优秀生，分不清是与非，搞不清楚懒散与整肃的定义，将进步的事情嗤之以鼻，那不禁令人疑惑，优秀的定义是什么？我想，一个优秀的人，就必须要有扬在脸上的自信，长在心里的善良，融进血里的骨气，刻进生命里的坚强。
大国需要工匠精神，浮躁的时代需要沉静的心，校园亦是如此，临近上课，教室里稀疏几人。课间操迟迟未到，这是散漫。
优秀的学校靠学生打造，优秀的学生靠品性成就，只有尽心学习，踏实前进，去理解朴茂整肃真正的定义并去践行，我们才能更好的为铜中代言，毫不怯场。
青春的我们，不必浮躁，不必盲目。尼采曾说过：谁终将声震人间，必长久深自缄默，谁终将点燃闪电，必长久如云漂泊。一个优秀的人是思考静得下心，学习时沉得住气的年轻是拼搏的资本，而不应该是懒惰的借口，所有拒绝拖延，杜绝做事三分钟热度，一个优秀的人，会坚持，且专注的做一件事情，勤奋是点燃智慧的火把，所以优秀的人也需要不怠于勤，善与求勤的精神。
一个优秀的人需要升国旗，唱国歌时的庄严肃穆，也需要课外活动时的阳光活力。一个优秀的人需要站如松，坐如钟，行如风的精气神，也需要做小事的严谨，做大事的气魄。
而现在的铜中正需要这样的优秀，所以，让我们扬起奋斗的风帆，不驰于空想，不鹜于虚声，求真务实，朴茂整肃，让我们成为铜中的代言人
