生命在于运动,健康始于足下
      大家好,我是来自高二(8)班的周贵妃,我今天国旗下演讲的题目是《生命在于运动,健康始于足下》青春如初春,如朝日,如百卉之萌动,如利刃之新发于硎,人生最宝贵之时期也。青年之于社会,犹新鲜活泼细胞之在身。
      身为铜中学子,我们处在这样美好的花样年华,我们拥有优渥的学习环境,我们对未来充满希望,我们渴望阳光,温暖,朝阳。 而在此期间,运动则会给我们带来强健的体格和清醒的头脑。生命在于运动,健康始于足下。我们应该让运动成为习惯,让健康常伴左右,让生活充满正能量。
       如今,美丽的校园正给我们提供了这样的条件,宽广的绿茵场,环绕的跑道,都给了大家创作了一个良好的运动空间。每天下午,暂时放下手中的功课,来到操场跑上一两圈,尽情挥洒一些汗水,学习的倦意便顿时消失,不仅达到了劳逸结合的效果,也丰富了我们的课余生活。若长期坚持下去,必将使我们的体魄有所增强,从而有利于我们以更好的状态投入学习活动中去。
       然而,有些同学则认为体育锻练简直是浪费时间,认为分秒必夺的读书学习才是硬道理。他们无论早晨还是下午,甚至是在体育课上都捧着书抓紧学习。还有很多同学喜欢在夜深人静之时独自挑灯夜读,熬夜在他们那儿常态,然而这样做只会降低学习效率。他们牺牲的是运动的时间,得到的仅仅只是短期内学习成绩的提升。
      但是,学习并不是五十米短跑,而是长达三年持之以恒的长跑,三年之后的大学甚至大学之后的求学过程或是工作都需要不断的学习,正所谓活到老,学到老。
       所以,不难得知,要想在人生的征程中保持优秀的学业,必须要有健硕的体魄来保证,如果哪一天身子累垮了,再优秀的学业自然也就难以为继。
       健康是生命的一朵花,拥有时感觉平淡无奇失去后却极力救赎。
       生命因为运动而精彩,生命因为活力而绚烂,生命因为我们坚持不懈的拼搏而变得有意义。
       高尔基说:“理想的人是品德、健康、才能三位一体的人”同学们,你我正值青春年华,理应拥有一具与我们年岁相符合的朝气蓬勃的躯体,培养健康的生活方式,方为我辈青年成才的起点。
       千里之行,始于足下,同学们,运动,不需要你每天跑得大汗淋漓,不需要你每天累得气喘吁吁,只要在学习之余抽出一点点时间放在运动上,长期坚持下去,必能收获一个健康的身体,以此来面对未来更加艰苦的学习生活。

——Speech on National Flag Raising Ceremony
He Ruishen
       Dear teachers and classmates, good morning!
       I’m He Ruishen (何睿绅)from Class 8 Grate 2. It’s honor to me to stand here to give a speech. My theme is “Life lies in movement and health begins with one step ”.
Mr. Chen Duxiu, the great revolutionist, once said, “Youth is like early spring, the rising sun, the sprouting of hundreds of flowers and the new sharpened blade. It is the most precious period of life. Youth is fresh and active to society. ”
       As a student of Tongren No.1 Middle School, we are in such a beautiful youth age. We have a favorable excellent learning environment. We have hope for the brilliant future. We are eager for sunshine and warmth. In the meantime, exercise can bring us strong body and clear mind. Life lies in exercise, and health begins with one step. We should make exercise a habit, let health always accompany us, and make our life full of positive energy.
      Our beautiful campus provides us with enough space for doing sports. Why don’t we put down the books and come to the playground to run several laps? It will remove the fatigue and pressure of learning, refresh our mood, enriches our extracurricular life. If we can insist on exercising for a long time, we will certainly strengthen our physique, which helps us to put us in a better state into learning activities .
       However, some students think that physical exercise is a waste of time. They think what we should do is only study, and as long as they spend enough time, they can make progress. So they use exercise time to study, they study from day to night, staying up late, even sitting up all night . Being like this, they have made progress in a short period of time, but it is not worth the loss. Because they ignore the fact that learning is not a 50-meter running, but a lifetime Marathon. If we don’t have a strong and healthy body, how can we make it?
       "Exercise one hour a day, work healthily for 50 years and live a happy life for a lifetime." this common slogan tells us the importance of exercise. So let's keep on exercising from now on. Just take out a little time after study and persist in for a long time, we will gain a stronger body and participate in our study better .
