2024年12月2日早上7：30我校如期举行了本学期第14周的升旗仪式。本次升旗仪式的主题为：青少年法制教育。

中文演讲稿：
大家好！我是来自高二十四班的黄晶，我今天国旗下演讲的题目是《青少年法制教育》，有人说，法律是明媚的阳光。阳光照耀之处，耕地、河流、森林、草原、湿地、野生动物等等都有相应的法律保护着，法律的保护使天更蓝、草更绿，水更清，大自然更加和谐。有人说，法律是一件安全的外衣。人从一生下来开始，法律就对幼儿、小孩受教育、婚姻、生命财产不受侵害、社会医疗保障、老年抚养等等都作了明确的规定，法律的保护让我们快乐地成长，安全地拥有幸福的生活。有人说，法律是行动的指针。像我们开口不能骂人，伸手不能打人一样，我们的言行都要受到法律的约束，同时也受到法律的保护。大人们每做一项工作，每签订一个合约，都要涉及到很多法律条款，法律使我们的社会运行有序，健康发展。

12月4日是中国的“宪法日”。《宪法》是我国的根本大法，是国家制定一切法律法规的基本依据，所有中华人民共和国的公民都必须了解《宪法》的内容，遵守《宪法》的各项规定.为什么法于我们如此重要呢？俗话说“没有规矩不成方圆"，而法律就是我们全社会每个人都要遵守的规矩，是的，我们每天的学习，生活都要遵守基本的规矩，各项法律法规规范着我们的行为，如升旗时，《国旗法》对我们的行为就有要求;在上课，学习方面，《中学生守则》和《中学生日常行为规范》就对我们有所要求;在回家过马路时，《道路交通法》就对我们的行为有所规范，在扔废品与纸屑时，《环境保护法》《爱国卫生条例》等也都作了相应的规定，在学生上网方面，《未成年人保护法》和《未成年人犯罪》法都作了明确规定.一句话，我们的学习生活中处处涉及法。
同学们，关于法的知识，其实还有很多，在这里就不一一讲解了。大家可以在班级里和同学们一起讨论，可以上网查资料了解。我们铜中的学子不但要学好知识，练好身体，养成良好的习惯，而且也要树立法律意识和养成良好的道德修养，懂法、知法、守法，做一个遵纪守法的好公民。

Good morning everyone I’m Wangtingting from Class fourteen Grade two Today, the topic of my speech is《teenagers legal education》 Some people say that the law is like bright sunshine. Wherever the sun shines, farmland, rivers, forests, grasslands, wetlands, wildlife, and so on are all protected by corresponding laws. Some people say that the law is a safe coat. The protection of the law allows us to grow up happily, have safety, and live happily. Some people say that the law is the compass for action. Just as we cannot curse or hit others with our hands, our words and actions are subject to legal constraints and also protected by the law. The law ensures the orderly operation, harmonious coexistence, and healthy development of our society.
December 4th is China's "Constitution Day". The reason why this day is designated as"Constitution Day" is because the current Constitution of China was officially implemented on December 4, 1982. What is the Constitution? The Constitution is the fundamental law of the country, and designating the day of its implementation as "Constitution Day" is of great significance. On November 1, 2014, the 11^th conference of the Standing Committee of the12th National People's Congress passed the decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on the establishment of the National Constitution Day, which was established on December 4 every year. !t occupies the supreme position in the national legal system and is known as the "law of law".
Our students in Tongren not only need to learn knowledge well and exercise our bodies, develop good habits, and also establish legal awareness and cultivate good moral cultivation. Let’s understand, know, and abide by the law, and be a law-abiding person.
